Zach and the entire team at Preferred Roofing were incredible from start to finish. They were personable, informative, attentive, and genuinely easy to work with throughout the entire project.

They did delicate, detailed work on my fragile Spanish-style two-piece roof, and the craftsmanship is beautiful. Communication was excellent every step of the way, and the crew was punctual, professional, and remarkably clean. They cleaned up thoroughly every day before leaving, which made a big difference during a major roofing project.

They stayed true to their start and completion timelines, kept me informed throughout, and delivered an absolutely beautiful finished product. I couldn’t be happier with the result.  Erica was helpful and thorough with payment and finance steps.

Honestly, my new roof is so clean and beautiful, I could eat off it.

What a seamless process! The installers left everything neat and clean every single day and finished ahead of schedule. Rob was there for me every step of the way from estimate to final inspection. For me, reliability is key, and Sam is exceptionally reliable. He arrives when he says he’ll arrive and he’s always honest about prices and the work involved. I can tell that Sam is a good, honest, hardworking guy and I truly value that when it comes to this work. The job went smoothly. The crew that did the tear down were professional, did a good job and cleaned up.
